South West Art SPACE early in 2026 - this will be a fully equipped printmaking studio in a beautiful street in Sidmouth town centre, providing printmaking workshops, open access, artist residencies and it will also be the new home for SWA Summer School 2026!

Creating art should be an enjoyable process. Sometimes the choice of medium, tools or supports can hinder your enjoyment and/or hold back your abilities. Not only have we tried out all our products for ourselves, we also listen to our customer's feedback - so we find out about more things to do with each product than any one person could ever think of on their own!

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am till 5pm, we close a little earlier at 3.30pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays & bank holidays.
With very few art stores left around the country people travel to us from great distances and greatly enjoy perusing the shop in person, but if you are unable to do that but would like a little more service than the website can provide, please do contact us as we are always able to talk you through your requirements and can arrange either "Click&Collect" or courier delivery for both online & telephone orders.
