Celia Risso Originally from the Home Counties Celia’s move to Devon 20 years ago coincided with her desire to start painting. Working in oils and pastels she paints landscapes and seascapes taking her inspiration from the play of light on the countryside and coast. Using a very distinctive palette and style of painting her work is highly recognisable and can be found in many private collections. Celia has won several awards at the Otter Vale Art Society and other local events. |
