Service & Advice
We are always happy to take special orders for products we do not hold or have in stock, regardless of value, whether it be a single tube of paint, or a studio easel. This is of particular relevance to specialist art items that are usually hard to come by.
We have access to an extensive range of knowledge from tutors and artists. We can always advise on any art problems, with no strings attached – we will never knowingly sell you something that won’t work for you, or that you don’t need.
We also run a range of art workshops at the shop. These are small, friendly and informal groups designed to take the worry out of learning and developing your art skills!
We run a loyalty scheme for local regular customers where you will receive 15% off all your paints, 10% off all other art products, and gain loyalty points for purchases over £10 which add up a free gift! For more details or to join up please contact us.
In addition we now stock a range of ready made picture frames and offer a bespoke framing service, with reasonable prices, a good range of frame and mount options and only a one week wait for your art work to be professionally presented and ready to hang. Again the loyalty scheme discount applies to this aspect of our service to you.
